This service is provided by Strativara Consultancy Ltd, trading as Professional Digital Photography Training ("PDPT", "we", "us"). When you create an account, subscribe, or book a course, your contract is with Strativara Consultancy Ltd.

By using the service you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

PDPT provides online photography training, including a voice-based photography coach, tips, video lessons, guided training paths, and bookable live training courses. Free accounts receive a limited number of coach questions and selected videos. Paid membership unlocks the full video library and a coach question allowance that depends on your plan (Standard, Advanced or Professional).

We may update, improve or withdraw parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which apply in addition to these terms.

Membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Course bookings are per seat. If a course is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, and interfering with the security or operation of the service (including introducing malware, probing or scraping).

You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The voice coach uses artificial intelligence to answer photography questions. Answers may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify critical settings against your camera manufacturer's documentation, and exercise your own judgement, especially for paid client work.

You are responsible for the questions you ask, how you use the answers, and for having the rights to any content you submit.

We may moderate use of the coach, restrict content, refuse outputs, or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, training content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

You retain ownership of photographs and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process any content you submit solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

When your access ends, your account data may be deleted after a reasonable period. You may request an export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
